Jeff & Mary Collins met while in high school, growing up in Arvada, Colorado. After high school they got married and raised 4 children. They currently live in Westminster. Jeff first obtained his Real Estate License in 1995. Mary obtained her license in 2004. They have been working together ever since. Together they make Quality 1st Homes successful by helping people buy, sell and rent their homes.

Bayley Maltas, Broker Associate
Bayley grew up in the mountains of Black Hawk, Colorado, where she enjoyed sledding, ice skating, and exploring in the woods. She attended Gilpin County High School before becoming a student at CU Boulder, where she graduated with an advertising degree in 2017. Later that year, she formed Effortless Social, a company that helps promote small businesses online, which serves as a great complement to her real estate career.
When she’s not helping her clients, Bayley likes playing guitar and bass, studying French, and cooking with boyfriend Sam.
Tory Wilson, Broker Associates
Tory is a Colorado Native and loves living in the Denver Metro Area. Tory works full-time as an Electrical Engineer designing utility-scale solar projects. Before that, he studied at the Colorado School of Mines and operated his own residential construction company.
Tory has a passion for helping people personally and professionally to find their dream life, which includes a dream home!
Real estate has been a part of his life since he was young, with family members as real estate agents, home inspectors, residential construction, and real estate investors.
