We will complete a Comparable Market Analysis based on current market information in your area to determine a marketable price for your home.

We will provide and use the Colorado Real Estate Commission approved contracts and disclosures

We will then place a Quality1stHomes yard sign in your yard.

Next we will market your home in Metrolist, Inc, the multiple listing service (MLS) used by local Realtors. We will offer all other Realtors and Real Estate Agents a portion of the commission if they provide the buyer for your home. A combination lock box will be placed on the property to provide access to other Realtors and Real Estate Agents. For everyone's safety the combination to the lock box will not be given out until the Realtor or Real Estate Agent has been cleared through our showing service and their identity and real estate license has been confirmed.

Your home will be featured on our website, WWW.Quality1sthomes.com . We will also submit your home to Realtor.com and to IDX. The IDX is a database that allows the general public access to the Denver Metro MLS from any participating Realtors website, then the buyer can search for homes from the comfort of there living room. We are participating Realtors and it is on our website if you want to take a look.

After each showing or open house we will contact the potential buyer or their Realtor if they are working with one to get feedback on what they thought of the home.
